Shipping, Refund, Return, and Cancellation policy
As a leading retailer of gifting products, Kwixcart follows a well-defined Shipping, Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy to achieve optimum customer satisfaction. When a customer gets in touch with us through phone or email, we aim at providing desired technical support or customer service. However, it might happen that the customer may still find the product unsatisfactory for reasons beyond our control, in such case we follow a return or a cancellation policy described below:
How to cancel an order on Kwixcart?
Orders in processing state are only subjected to be cancelled. But once they are processed, cancellation is not accepted.
If any product you have ordered is not available for delivery on your requested delivery date and delivery address it may be substituted with next best available flavour, colour, shape, size.
All Order are delivered between 11 am till 9 pm in normal delivery time. We provide several delivery options depending on the location . For cakes and food we provide same day delivery (if ordered before 6 pm), fixed time delivery (3 hours slot, needs to be ordered 24 hours in advance) . midnight delivery (needs to be ordered 24 hours in advance) .
If customer request delivered item in morning then customer has to ordered before one day, then the order will be delivered next day between 10 Am till 2 Pm. This service may not be available for address out of city limits. We request customer to take prior confirmation in written format before selecting the morning delivery. This service may not be available for address out of city limits.
If customer requires the items to be delivered in Night then customer has to order before 6 pm , then the order will be delivered anytime between 9 Pm till 12 Am. midnight delivery (needs to be ordered 24 hours in advance) .We request customer to take prior confirmation in written format before selecting the Night delivery. This service may not be available for address out of city limits. midnight delivery (needs to be ordered 24 hours in advance) , orders not delivered due to any reasons will be delivered next day. Exact Delivery timings are not guaranteed and will be delivered in respected time slot as selected by customer.
We will refund the amount in the same form we received the payment and it is normally done within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order. Once refunded, an e-mail confirmation is sent to the customer about refund.
There is no return policy, order once placed and received by the customer, guardian, security guard; reception cannot be returned back at what so ever may be the condition.
If you have complaints related to the products that bear a warranty from manufacturers, you are requested to bring in the issue to the concerned manufacturer. You can contact us for more help regarding the same.
While receiving the order, if you notice that the product is in a bad condition or if you notice that the packaging has been tampered with before the delivery, please reject the package and return it to the delivery person. Also, contact Kwixcart customer care at +91 8871-933-188 or email us at [email protected] specifying your Order ID. Our customer care executives will ensure that a brand new replacement is sent to you at no additional cost. However, please ensure that the original product tag and packaging remains intact when you return the product to us.
Also, if you are not satisfied with the product and choose to return it to us, please ship it back. The product normally reaches our warehouse within 10 days of the return; we will check the returned goods and process a refund or exchange thereafter. If the product is delivered outside India, the customer will have to ship back the product to us at his/her own cost as pickup from our end is possible within India only. And since we have borne the shipping charges from India already so any refund will be processed after deducting the shipping charges, and in case of exchange, the customer will have to pay the shipping charges again.
Apart from condition specified above, the following products shall not be returned or replaced:
I) Any product with physical damage caused to the box or to the product;
II) Any product without original packaging and accessories, such as the retail box, and other items included in the box at the time of delivery;
Kwixcart may change the Refund, Return and Cancellation policy at any time, without prior notice.
